Product and payment methods

What does PRESALE mean?

It is a way of making “ an order under reservation ”.

This item is in the last phase of production, so it is not physically available in stock yet. The delivery time is therefore longer and the estimated shipping date is always indicated in the product description itself.

Each pre-sale item has a different estimated shipping date, depending on its production. This date will always be indicated in the product description.

Where are the products made?

Our products are made in Spain . In each product you can select the size (in some there is a single size). In the descriptions we always indicate the sizes worn by the model in the photos, in this case Reyes Torres.

If I have doubts about the size, what can I do?

To give you an idea, our equivalence table is the following:

  • Size S/M = 38 and 40
  • Size M/L = 40 and 42
  • Size L/XL = 42 and 44

Shipping, changes and returns

As the shipping cost?

Shipping costs in mainland Spain are free from €79 and in Portugal from €89.

How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?

If it is to Peninsula 2-3 days (Except purchases with pre-sale items).

How can I manage a change?

CHANGES

You must make a return of the product you do not want and a new order.

New shipments due to product changes will be made free of charge in mainland Spain (from €79) and Portugal (from €89).

  • If your order meets both zone and minimum amount requirements, your shipping for the new order will automatically be free.

  • If your new order is less than €79 in mainland Spain and €89 in Portugal, we will provide you with a coupon to apply to your new order and have free shipping.

How can I manage a return?

1. You have 15 calendar days to return or exchange the product from receipt of the product.


2. The product must be labeled , in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, the amount paid will not be refunded.


3. In case of return you must click here to manage your collection and follow the steps indicated during the process.

4. The cost of said return will be borne entirely by the customer . Once the return is registered and approved, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, attaching a copy of the refund. The refunded amount will be the amount paid for the returned garments, discounting the cost of the return shipment.
