CHANGES
You must make a return of the product you do not want and a new order.
New shipments due to product changes will be made free of charge in mainland Spain (from €79) and Portugal (from €89).
- If your order meets both zone and minimum amount requirements, your shipping for the new order will automatically be free.
- If your new order is less than €79 in mainland Spain and €89 in Portugal, we will provide you with a coupon to apply to your new order and have free shipping.

RETURNS
1. You have 15 calendar days to return or exchange the product from receipt of the product.
2. The product must be labeled , in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, the amount paid will not be refunded.
3. In case of return or you must click here to manage your collection and follow the steps indicated during the process. If you have any questions, you can write to us at info@reyestorres.com .
4. The cost of said return will be borne entirely by the customer . Once the return is registered and approved, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you, attaching a copy of the refund. The refunded amount will be the amount paid for the returned garments, discounting the cost of the return shipment.

* Customs expenses are borne by the client, as well as taxes derived from it (customs). We are not responsible for possible problems related to the entry into the country of destination of the order.
